NYC Subway Car Glass Ornament
Officially Licensed MTA glass ornament! What can be better than taking a subway ride throughout New York City? This "R" train features a Christmas wreath on the front of the train. It showcases Times Square on the top with all the NYC trains that service Times Square, including the N, Q, R, S, 1, 2, 3, 7 trains.
Each Subway Glass Ornament is styled in the tradition of European blown glass. Once the glass is hand-blown into a mold and shaped, it is then silvered. Silvering helps to create a reflective property and depth of color in the ornament. After the ornaments are dry, they are then hand decorated with paint and glitter. As each of these Kurt Adler ornaments is hand-painted, you are guaranteed to receive a unique ornament since no two will look exactly the same.
